A Community-Driven Approach

Our community is at the heart of everything we do. Members of the DAO hold governance tokens (GROOV), giving them the power to make decisions about the label's operations, development, and growth. Each wallet gets one vote, ensuring that every member has a say in our collective journey.

Supporting Italian Talent

Our primary focus is to help Italian artists from all genres rise to prominence. Every six months, the community reviews and selects new artists to support, aiming to nurture approximately two artists per period. Through our collective efforts, we provide these artists with the resources they need to thrive.

Financial Transparency and Shared Success

At Groove Fund DAO, financial transparency is key. We issue 1,000 tokens at a cost of €100 each for those who wish to participate in the DAO. When an artist is selected, they receive a contract that includes:
- A 30% quarterly revenue share for Groove Fund DAO and 70% for the artist.
- Royalties generated from the artist's work during the six-month contract, split 50/50 between the artist and Groove Fund DAO.
Every quarter, we assess our investments and distribute profits as follows:
- 50% allocated to the treasury to increase the value of Groove Fund DAO.
- 50% distributed among DAO members.
We also maintain a reserve fund of 10% of the total value of Groove Fund DAO to ensure financial stability.

Collaborative Opportunities

DAO members with artistic and musical skills can volunteer as Help Members, offering their expertise to our contracted artists. This collaboration allows artists to leverage not only our financial resources but also the creative support of our community, fostering a holistic development environment.
